You can if the intern says he/she has a problem with it

1. If the intern is feeling uncomfortable then confront your co-founder 2. Ask your co-founder to co-burden some of your responsibilities and make him realise his position. 3. If still he fails to make any positive changes then you need to find a legal way to part your business with him.

If it affects your startups progress badly, then you should talk to your co founder about it .you can Just ask your co founder in friendly way where is this going, co founders are all about trust so its not a problem to discuss about it that's what I think

If your team size is less than 10, POSH is not applicable if the intern escalates but still file a police case. If it's more than 10, women's counsel will get involved. If both parties want to formalize the relationship, get them to mail it to you officially. Rest you read up or reach out to POSH specialists
