With only a B.Com degree and virtually no work experience at 24, expecting a 25k/month salary right off the bat might be setting yourself up for disappointment. The job market is competitive, and employers value experience. Your best bet is to get your foot in the door somewhere—anywhere—and build from there. Maybe aim for 15-18k to start and prove your worth for quick promotions.
