I am 24 years old and i haven't done any job till now even though I haven't done anything where I saw someone for my job. I graduated in b.com and I did only one kon for only 3 months ( sept. 2023 to dec. 2023 ) and I quit that job. so now I am looking for a job, do I get a job with 25000/month salary ? and if yes then what are the categories or industry i should go for.

Look, I'm going to be brutally honest here. With only a B.Com degree and virtually no work experience at 24, expecting a 25k/month salary right off the bat might be setting yourself up for disappointment. The job market is competitive, and employers value experience. Your best bet is to get your foot in the door somewhere—anywhere—and build from there. Maybe aim for 15-18k to start and prove your worth for quick promotions.

This is precisely why the "college degree = good job" myth needs to die. A B.Com without internships, certifications, or relevant skills is just a piece of paper. The 25k salary is achievable but you need to supplement your degree. Take some quick online courses in Excel, Tally, digital marketing, or whatever interests you. Even a couple of certifications can make your resume stand out.
