Have you heard of anyone who is shortlisted and then rejected without the concrete reason Yes that person is me The other day I was looking for some working opportunity in web development I saw this linkedIn post interesting enough the post was a hiring post but without link Or no form was there. The post said to tag the main person and show the best project which was done by you I did just that I reposted the linkedin post showing my best project in that post and after a couple of follow ups I got the interview. Crushed the interview only by showing 2 out of 6 main projects Shortlisted for assignment and completed the assignment or task with 10 on 10 score After one day he replied that your work is good(I know it from day 1) but due to some reason like experience and time flexibility we are selecting the other person. I was like what? The post said you need 2 developers and you shortlisted 2 members I have done the assignment then also rejected
