I am working with a stealth AI startup and I need help figuring out a SaaS Financial Model; I have read multiple ways to create this; but I need a way that is suitable for the Indian market; takes growth & churn into account. Do you consider everything starting from marketing to MRR? What is the right timeline? Is there a fixed ramp up to think about? How do you segregate recurring and fixed cost?
