I strongly believe that the future is one doing two jobs at a time’. For example, let’s take, an artist software developer/ a creative-director microbiologist. One out of passion, and the other one is the day job. Is it really happening? Question I’m asking because I always wander about my position. If the job provider, let’s say, for my case, let’s take a pharma MNC (as I am a microbiology graduate), if that MNC don’t want me to joinin as a microbiologist as if I do freelance projects out of passion/ gigs, saying I’m not focused or I could leave whenever I want wasting their resources. How will I defend myself?
