Courage to decide that you can do a business. Then comes sustaing the incubation period. Then comes understanding if your business is a market fit or you should Pivot and deciding the right time to pivot. Then comes acceptance that you need more people to be part and trusting them that they too can do the work like you. And at last accepting the fact that you can also fail.
