Hello people! I need suggestion about what deliverable should I finalize for my AI Automation Agency to offer to clients. I'm deciding to niche down to either ecommerce or SMMA space. Also suggest which one should I target and if you know any other niche then do tell me about that. Suggestions and Opinions are welcomed!

I think you should Target ecommerce and msme. Msme would be better option because they are expanding and they are in the search for new people new option and here you come for them to rescue. Ecommerce is the best one as there are alot of space where they could be automated and that will help them focus their energy on their products and customers more.
