Hi Everyone, This is Omi Kushwaha. I do have a Startup name Dehati dot company which managers It's two daughter company named rags to rupees and Rootéi. Rootéi is a venture which preserves Indian traditional culinary and brings the flavourful FMCG products in the market and racks to rupees is a venture or the media company which conduct podcast with traditional food critics and emerging teen entrepreneurs from India. So, Dehati.company is now taking and investment for 8 lakh over the 5% equity share of company. so I want to know from the experience individuals over this app that what are the terms that I should focus on and confirm with the investment party so that I should terminate future consequences. My Idea is also being showcased on this medial app you can show support you brother from there too. Can you suggest me anything you have the knowledge of investment or investor that i should take care of !!!
