Most founders get the basics wrong. In my experience, these are the 5 main core for startup growth: 1. Launch fast – Speed matters more than perfection. It can be eventually perfected in version 2,3,... 2. Solve a real problem – Build what people actually need. Analyse the market understand the product and market needs, thats how you get a PMF 3. Focus on one problem – Dont try to do everything at once, just solve 1 problem really well, super narrow focused 4. Founder relationships matter the most – Internal conflicts kill startups. Trust, communication & respect is very important to achieve this 5. Execution > money – Move fast. Startups fail because of poor execution, not lack of funding Its all about speed, problem-solving, focus, strong partnerships, and execution. If you nail these 5,everything else finds its place These are basics, but you can also check the pocket guide from YC What do you think is core for a startup?
