Hi everyone, so I have been offered with some of the investment for my startup named Dehati dot company which comprises of two daughter companies one which produce Indian culinary which is fading due to modernisation and secondly a podcast media agency which will help Indian teen entrepreneurs and will contribute its activity towards Indian traditional culinary experts from the industry. Now he has given me Open offer what I dilever he will be able to cope up with that as he told me. but as per my calculations I would need 133000 for my Media company and around 183100 for fixed capital and 2,11,000 as working capital. he offered me for 5% of my company at 5 lakh rupees. But according to my team is suggesting me to ask for 8 lakhs for 10% of my company. What should i choose? Do you have any valid answers on this as i am very confused bout this!? Also if he is agree with my companies term and he also accepts that i am working with bunch of class 12th teenager. What should i pitch him for the offer? I am totally blank now and everything is scraping out in my mind.
