I'm in Desktop Support Role for 7 years, should I continue in the IT related field? Or should I learn PowerBI/Excel/SQL to move into BA/ Data Analyst profile? Is there anyone who can give me the good suggestion here.

Unless you’re moving into IT management or cybersecurity, staying in desktop support too long can stall career growth. Shifting to data analytics (Power BI, SQL, etc.) is a smart way to break into a higher-paying, future-proof field.
