I hope youโre doing well. I wanted to introduce Vetcare, an integrated pet care startup poised to tap into Indiaโs rapidly growing pet healthcare industry. The Indian pet care market is projected to reach โน2,10,000 crore by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 19.2%, yet the industry remains highly fragmented. Most major players, including Heads Up for Tails, Supertails, and Wiggles, have concentrated on Tier 1 cities with a focus on premium retail, online pet products, and limited veterinary services. However, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are experiencing a surge in pet ownership, driven by rising disposable incomes, increasing nuclear families, and a growing awareness of pet healthcareโyet they lack organized, high-quality pet care services. This is where we see an untapped opportunity. We are currently raising โน1 crore in funding at a pre-money valuation of โน20 crore to establish our first two centers in Odisha, a strategic entry point where demand is rising, but competition remains low.
