zepto is losing its sheen while swiggy instamart is getting more traction atleast in HYD. Zepto half-clever juggling of coupon offers and arrogant customer care is long term valhala for them. In contrast to that, Swiggy instamart is honest, simple and rewarding. I, as consumer, have moved to Instamart already, my kids still prefer zepto but not as much as earlier.
