this same thing will continue to happen untill the US doesn't lower the intrest rates. Until the intrest rate in US reduces to less than 1, there's no profit for the investors to invest in Indian bonds (because tho the intrest in Indian bonds are more, they also have risk). Or on Our Goverment side, if they impose some good rules for foreign companies to come in India, that would help
