It is not, the fall in ruppe's value is happening because of Investors moving their money in American Markets which increased demand for dollar and reduced Ruppe's Value. The Government just keeps giving good reasons about the bad stuff but that's just because it's easier to do. like everything has pros and cons and gov just tells you rhe pros of every stuff which is deceiving.
