I am from non-tech background building a website based startup. I don’t have much idea about programming and all & thinking to get a Co-Founder from Mumbai, but

Ya mayank even I thought about that but unfortunately I am building startup without any money. I don't have any money, that's why I can't even outsource or hire someone.
