if you can actually make a zero-commission model work, restaurants will be lining up to join. Zomato and Swiggy charge 25-30% commission, which kills profits for small restaurants. If you solve that, you’ll have a restaurant army behind you.

Meesho isnt a zero commission platform. Charges heavy for shipping, double for return shipping, and products only get sold if advertised on Meesho

Next Billion dollar company. You should start it with subscription based

great idea. you can even make it profitable within the first year if you do it small scale.

Meesho works because e-commerce has higher margins. A seller on Meesho makes 30-50% profit on fashion products. Food margins are barely 5-10%. How will you sustain a zero-commission model when there’s no cushion for losses?
