If you lack expertise, you’re just guessing. And guessing leads to mediocrity. • Be exothermically passionate. Your energy should be so intense it spreads like wildfire. Passion isn’t a soft skill—it’s a competitive advantage. A team that truly gives a sh*t will always build something 10x better. Look around. Every great product exists because someone obsessed over it. If you’re building something just for money or because it’s trendy, you will lose to someone who actually gives a sh*t.
