bhai, it's hard for Indians to consume regular basis. I think most Indians would prefer once a month or max twice. because they aren't spicy or bland in most case. Except Ramen, which you can't provide under SKUs or unless it's a restaurant.

I believe in numbers and market size. As far as I have seen,the market size is pretty much big and growing enough to make a substantial business out of it. My target customers are GEN-Z which is especially inclined towards clean eating and likes sophistication.For them, consuming our product can be a better alternative than eating in restaurants which are expensive and unreachable for a large chunk of consumer who don't have a Japanese restaurant within their radius.

good luck bhai. Do some primary research and you will realize it yourself. I tried Japanese cuisine (top restaurants) abroad didn't suit neither my taste pallet nor my friends and relatives(except ramen). Just try some authentic food and do primary research, you'll find out yourself. Best luck.
