Don't leave your job until you figure out what to build, is this really needed and your target audience is ready to pay for your product (what and how do your target customer think about the problem). And the most important "if you have the responsibility of your family" don't leave your job instead give 2-3 hours/day on product building or research (like sharan hedge used to) Make decisions wisely.
