Bro the thing is, criticism comes with success. The bigger you get, the louder the noise. Companies like Zomato or TATA aren’t perfect, and people call out flaws because they use these services daily not because they hate them so it’s not about building your own AI before you can criticise, it’s about holding giants accountable so they stay world class.
