I don't know why it feels like whenever a startup does something in India, it's the Indians themselves who bring them down. I don't understand what Zomato, Swiggy, TATA, and Reliance have done wrong. These companies are world leaders in their respective sectors; their brands are used not just in India but worldwide. But in India, they never get the same level of respect. Now, they're being criticized in the name of AI. If you think it's so easy, try creating something yourself. They have topped their industries, so if you're criticizing them, show that you can replace ChatGPT with your AI first, and then criticize them. It will be more credible.

Bro the thing is, criticism comes with success. The bigger you get, the louder the noise. Companies like Zomato or TATA aren’t perfect, and people call out flaws because they use these services daily not because they hate them so it’s not about building your own AI before you can criticise, it’s about holding giants accountable so they stay world class.

Let's be realistic here - comparing Indian companies' AI efforts to ChatGPT is a false equivalency. Our tech giants are doing great things in their domains, but expecting them to compete with OpenAI's resources and talent pool is unreasonable. We need to recognize both achievements and limitations

The problem isn't criticism - it's the quality of criticism. When TATA launched their super app, people mocked it without understanding the complexity of integrating multiple services. Meanwhile, the same people praise similar foreign apps.
