I no longer hold high expectations from Reliance, as many of their products—Jio Cloud, Jio Games, Jio Laptops, and Jio Phone—have failed to gain meaningful traction in the market. Even Trends, under Reliance Retail, falls short in terms of quality, particularly in its clothing range. The biggest issue, however, is their lack of clear focus, as they continue to launch new products without a strategic vision or efforts to retain existing customers, ultimately impacting their long-term sustainability.
