Hey peps, I have a 1500 sq.ft. commercial plot in my hometown (Naini, Prayagraj) on the 1st floor. I thought of having the Agarbatti franchise or Indoor Saffron Cultivation to utilise the space and start something that's easy and can be automated in a year or so to generate some side income.
