In the busy schedule of daily life, it's easy to overlook the importance of making time for fitness. For me, that time is spent cycling. I’ve tried my hand at other activities like yoga, swimming, and golf, but there’s something about cycling that’s stuck with me. It’s not just about the exercise—it’s a mental reset, a chance to clear my head. Every morning as I pedal through my route, I enter a meditative state where I can let go of my worries, focus on the rhythm of my movement, and enjoy the journey. And yes, I get the added bonus of shedding some pounds along the way. 😄 On the days I cycle, I feel more energized, productive, and focused throughout the day. On a few occasions I skip it, I can definitely feel the difference. So no matter how hectic life gets, find that activity that works for you and stick with it. The benefits are truly worth it! By the way, 25000km, I would have taken more than half a round of earth and may be located somewhere in the Pacific 😂
