Investors appear optimistic about co-working spaces and startups are capitalizing on this trend. 🏢A growing number are looking to raise funds via VCs , Family Offices or through the IPO route - - Innov8 raised ₹110 Cr via a primary funding - Workie raised ₹13 Cr from Family Office's and Individual investors - Smartworks filed DRHP with SEBI for ₹660 Cr - IndiQube Spaces filed DRHP for ₹850 Cr - Incuspaze is looking to raise ₹210 Cr Co-working spaces now make up ~22% of the overall office space demand (as per CBRE research) 👉What is fueling this demand? (1). Pay-as-you-go options help cut down on unnecessary expenses (esp. if you're offering hybrid work). (2). Scale or shrink your office as and when needed (3). No maintenance hassles (4). F&B, concierge services ⏩Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Noida are likely growth hubs as Space-as-a-Service takes off.
