On April 24th, Swiggy filed its DRHP with SEBI via the confidential route (this route restricts public access to the DRHP until an updated version is filed) ๐กWould be super interesting to see how much of Swiggy: Accel and Elevation Capital still own. โฉBoth are the earliest backers of Swiggy - since Series A, 2015 Accel -> Participated in 6 out of 12 rounds raised by Swiggy Elevation Capital -> Participated in 5 out of the 12 rounds Reports suggest that Accel, Elevation and Prosus are offloading part of their stake via secondary sales pre-IPO. ๐ฏShares are being sold at a $9.3 B valuation, matching the valuation during their Series K round in August 2023.
