On April 24th, Swiggy filed its DRHP with SEBI via the confidential route (this route restricts public access to the DRHP until an updated version is filed) 💡Would be super interesting to see how much of Swiggy: Accel and Elevation Capital still own. ⏩Both are the earliest backers of Swiggy - since Series A, 2015 Accel -> Participated in 6 out of 12 rounds raised by Swiggy Elevation Capital -> Participated in 5 out of the 12 rounds Reports suggest that Accel, Elevation and Prosus are offloading part of their stake via secondary sales pre-IPO. 🎯Shares are being sold at a $9.3 B valuation, matching the valuation during their Series K round in August 2023.
