Looking for Head of Design Hi, We are pre-revenue FinTech startup in Cross border Payments. In our industry people are ready to extra for trust and great ui/ux, branding and storytelling is the easiest way to increase it. I am not looking client-freelancers relationship as this journey surely wont end here and I'm sure you will believe that too after having a talk. I'm not asking to leave your jobs or agencies but i will expect your evenings and weekends, as I plan on raising funds only for scaling and that too in Valley or NYC. If you don't have any dependents or financial constraints on you (as the whole team is not working for money) then this might not be a good choice.
