Sorry Bihar haters its not like that you think it is . it's a complete different story. it's a well planned game played by BJP in a way that it creates a atmosphere For them and nothing happens in bihar's Ground too. just checkout the last 1 year of government 's spending, Total FDI, Inaugurations across states then you will see the clear picture.
