Apparently Instagram was the most deleted app in 2023, with over 1 million people worldwide searching "how to delete (my) Instagram account" each month.

I recently stopped using Instagram, I was fed up with endlessly scrolling through reels.
Somehow, X’s algorithm noticed and started showing me posts related to medial, so I came here and made an account.
