Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Vishal. I get where you're coming from, there’s definitely a cultural mindset where people are encouraged to just stay busy and push through their struggles. But I feel times are changing. More people are recognizing the importance of mental and emotional well-being, and even parents are starting to be more aware of this for their kids. That said, I strongly believe that running to a psychiatrist shouldn’t be the first step unless it’s absolutely necessary. Sometimes, kids just need a safe space to express their feelings, some understanding, and healthier ways to cope. Jumping straight to clinical intervention or medication can sometimes do more harm than good if it’s not the right fit. I think it’s all about finding that balance and knowing when professional help is truly needed.
