Hello sir I am from ludhiana.i have to do my startup and I have and idea but for idea I need some mentor who can guide me. My idea is like the families who are doing jobs their main challenge is that how their kids or babies will be raised we will solve their problems.we will train ladies and provide them 1 week training to take care of their kids when they are at job or office our trained staff will take care of their kids like from 10 to 5 or 6 till when parents feel they will reach.with that their kids will feel comfortable at home and they don't need to be stressed to leave their kids at some relatives or any cruch.our trained staff will provide full security also to parents like we will provide camera to their home and will give access to parents also that will be one time chargeable. For which I need tech team nd one co-founder with whom.i can work nd build a company

First thing is in India responsibilities of babies mostly take charge by their grandparents so your biggest competition will be they and they have clearly advantage than you. Also when babies turn 4/5 years they put them in nursery/play group and around 4/5 hrs of day children spend time their and remaining day parents will manage there time on what suitable for both . so there will be market for your idea but in very small size I think and most of the Indian families income not too high , they can't afford this solution so best solution for them is there grandparents..

First thing is there wont be much difference between your company and others cctv cant be installed in Every room so the security issues will remain even though camera is there

No buddy not that good safety is compromised here and camera provide ka mtlb ky h is that cctv it will become very costly and Indian Market is highly price sensitive

Your idea is really nice.. It is already quite popular in American countries but I think , Indian market is not ready for this yet. Indians need more time to adjust with these type of ideas. They are extremely concerned with the security of their child and it's very hard to gain their trust..that's why day care market in India is very less!

Ig the problem is genuine but there are baby sitters or even maids just building a CCTV we solve the security issue also do u think your idea will work in monetary terms?
