First thing is in India responsibilities of babies mostly take charge by their grandparents so your biggest competition will be they and they have clearly advantage than you. Also when babies turn 4/5 years they put them in nursery/play group and around 4/5 hrs of day children spend time their and remaining day parents will manage there time on what suitable for both . so there will be market for your idea but in very small size I think and most of the Indian families income not too high , they can't afford this solution so best solution for them is there grandparents..
