Idea Validation what if there's a startup that lends to startups only and doesn't charge interest but equity as long as it takes due ?
let's suppose I have a startup. I take loan from a normal bank and also some money from your startup. now instead of interest you take my equity . Now let's suppose I did not pay your amount for few year and you became majority share holder but guess
