let's suppose I have a startup. I take loan from a normal bank and also some money from your startup. now instead of interest you take my equity . Now let's suppose I did not pay your amount for few year and you became majority share holder but guess what you now own a company which has a debt of more than its value and you invest money to own a debt. crazy idea go ahead .
