I have been consistently using Deepseek AI for the past 24 hours and lessons I took from China are : - Never try to be in a first mover advantage. - Learn from all the first mover companies and create a super exceptional product which is impossible to copy. - Try not to be anti national. Never show your mistakes to the world. - You ask anything about China, Indo china war, anything about geopolitics it will never answer. - The fact that they will steal all your data but wouldn't want to share theirs and still be the number one in the market somehow doesn't balance the true nature of what the user speaks and the user does.
