Even china did it in the early days,now we have vcs and angels coming up to invest in startups. But ur assumptions are quite worn out,now the companies hv made progress,u are competing against a 40 yr old manufacturing giant,which gets direct subsidies of 300 billion$(as against 6 billion$),import protected. Also irs veey hard fr small start manufacturinf due to the crooked red tapism
