Bro you are not taking commissions, okay but you are taking subscription. Which i think will be mandatory right? Not optional with a free tier and all so ultimately one way or another you are doing what you are claiming to solve for just with unnecessary extra steps.

Customers still get their food at restaurant prices, without extra markups or hidden fees. The aim isn’t to add extra steps but to shift the focus from individual transactions to a sustainable model that benefits all parties involved in the long run. Hope this clarifies!
