What are your thoughts on which businesses and industries currently hold the most potential? How can I take advantage of this potential?

My startup idea got rejected by 4 VCs (wtfund, ajvc, zeropearl, atler) for reasons like 'team', 'market' etc. although these are meant for early stage funds But here's the challenge if I don't have funding, how do I build a team? Earlystage found
