Getting a first client is special to every sales guy .Here some tips might help you . 1. Do understand customer behaviour, approach them in a very comfortable manner ( approach should align to their psychology) 2. Understand the market and your product/ service position. 3. Target small scale clients, do sell service at a very minimum price and create a bounding which helps your buzz marketing. 4. knocking door to door is hard work along with that use digital approach via LinkedIn, friends network, build community groups and surprise them with your service. do remember if you get 100 leads .. probability of making them customers will be 5-10.
