The root cause is actually the way we are brought up. Since small, we tend to be in our comfort zone and our parents set a benchmark to be achieved in life to have a STABLE life. ""IIT/NIT/IIM karlo, job pakki" We have seen people rushing to get comfortable, not trying to explore. That's why we feel it's a greater risk to take the pain of innovative something. It's not always about the money. You give an average guy a choice - loads of money OR an eventful life being of an innovator - No one will even think of the struggles of Innovation. We are contented for the less as we prioritize comfort.
