1. You can target merchandise based on bigger tournaments like Champions Trophy, IPL, WC. Have jerseys, caps and all printed and if you have an Amazon Seller account then great, put them over there. Then you can use Facebook Ads to target people who would buy it. 2. You can start a Shorts/Reels page where you create crisp short pre match analysis and prediction and post match analysis. This can gather good potential customers/fans to create a base for you. Slowly you can integrate Ads, Showcase your merchandise (Mentioned in Case 1), you can also get sponsored if it becomes big.
