An app where a photo's unique hash is the address of message box and everyone having the same photo could comment or message on it, if only 2 people have a pic, It becomes their personal message box. pics could be compared using ai or other algorithm

if I don't have someone's contact but I know there is a photo only we both have in our phone I can send the photo a message. also it's not necessary to post a photo anywhere to get comments on it. if you have it in your phone by anyway you can leave a comment on the photo and others having the photo can see.
