There is no going back, once you start ordering from these platforms... Their service is fast and good... which is helping them to scale. The tier 2-3 cities probably gonna adapt hybrid mode.. i.e ordering from qcom as well as buying things from local store depending on situation. Afterall there are around 400 million(40 cr) people using ecom in india and are ready to use qcom in same way and 70% comes from tier 2-3.
