I believe, students require a quality project than money. so they can have a good offer letter in their hand by showing this real-time project. but yea, if the founders are nice enough.. they will be paying. else, we can encourage the students by giving them some amount once the mvp is completed and confirmed by the founder. or pick top talents and refer them to a company.
