On this National Education Day, let's talk about average students. These students work hard but often don't get the recognition or support they need. Here's why: đ§đľđ˛đ đđ˛đ đ˘đđ˛đżđšđźđźđ¸đ˛đą: Average students aren't always the top of the class or the ones needing extra help, so they often go unnoticed. Their hard work can be ignored, which makes them feel unmotivated. đ˘đťđ˛-đŚđśđđ˛-đđśđđ-đđšđš đđąđđ°đŽđđśđźđť: Our education system is mostly the same for everyone, but average students might not fit into this mold. They may have talents that standard tests don't measure, leaving them feeling left out. đŁđżđ˛đđđđżđ˛ đđź đđśđ đđť: Average students feel pressure to be like their top-performing peers. This pressure can stop them from being creative and following their true interests. đđŽđ°đ¸ đźđł đŚđđ˝đ˝đźđżđ: While top and struggling students get extra help, average students often don't. They need mentors and encouragement to find their strengths and interests. đĽđ˛đŽđš-đŞđźđżđšđą đŚđ¸đśđšđšđ: Average students might be great at things like problem-solving and teamwork, but these aren't always valued in traditional education. Their real-world skills go unnoticed. đđśđąđąđ˛đť đŁđźđđ˛đťđđśđŽđš: Average students have a lot of potential that just needs the right environment to shine. With the right support, they can achieve amazing things. What Can We Do? ⢠đĽđ˛đ°đźđ´đťđśđđ˛ đŽđšđš đŽđ°đľđśđ˛đđ˛đşđ˛đťđđ: Celebrate the efforts and successes of every student. ⢠đŁđ˛đżđđźđťđŽđšđśđđ˛đą đšđ˛đŽđżđťđśđťđ´: Tailor learning to fit each student's strengths and interests. ⢠đđťđ°đźđđżđŽđ´đ˛ đšđśđłđ˛đšđźđťđ´ đšđ˛đŽđżđťđśđťđ´: Support students in continuing to learn and grow outside of school. ⢠đŁđżđźđđśđąđ˛ đşđ˛đťđđźđżđđľđśđ˝: Offer guidance and support to help average students find their path. ⢠đŁđżđźđşđźđđ˛ đŽ đ´đżđźđđđľ đşđśđťđąđđ˛đ: Teach students that they can improve with effort and perseverance. Every student has the potential to succeed. Let's make sure we support and recognize the efforts of all students, not just the top or bottom of the class.
