Nowadays acquiring education is becoming more and more costly whereas the average income hasn't seen that increase. People do say that there are government schools for poor kids but we all know the quality of education they provide. In a recent report made after visiting government schools it was stated that class 5 students weren't able to read class 2 books and do simple calculations. So do you think "education is a basic human right " notion still works or is it just for the privileged ones .
