I own a B2B Silver Jewelry Business, its been 6 months and its fine but not doing as well as I expected. I have almost invested everything and anything I can into it until now. I've appointed a sales person and since its b2b somehow my entire sale depends on him. what more can I do to get it running good? I tried getting into Online Retail in side but it requires some inventement and its risky, nor is it very compatible for us considering our nature of business.
