𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮 (Every 12 years): Held at one of the four locations. Locations: Haridwar (on the banks of the Ganga) Prayagraj/Allahabad (at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati) Nashik (on the banks of the Godavari) Ujjain (on the banks of the Shipra River) 𝟮. 𝗔𝗿𝗱𝗵 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮 (Every 6 years): Held in Haridwar and Prayagraj. 3. 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮 (Every 144 years): (12 Purna Kumbh cycles) A rarer event, usually held in Prayagraj. ---- It's very important to know this information before we talk about something else about mahakhumbh.
